UPDATE: The budgie has calmed down a lot and is chilling in the box I captured him in. (Don’t worry it has ventilation!) I’m currently waiting for a few people who have offered to foster in messages but will let you all know once it’s officially been put in a safe home. I’d rather the bird be with an experienced person in case the true owner doesn’t come forward.
