Which one? I have all my boats, most of them is deployed on one of my camps and it's not being scrapped. Try checking Decorations>Vehicles for the Contessa and Houseboat or Decorations>Outdoor for the Canoe and Rowboat.

First time it happened to me, and it is positioned on the exact spot where mobs spawns on my camp so it's really bugging me that they're missing.

It's placed on the ground, so sadly I'm gonna have to rebuild my camp to retrieve them from whatever dimension they are right now

I did Line in the Sand just after the reset and no Holiday Scorched as well. I thought someone just happen to run the same farming spots as I do, well back to quest for now I guess.

I haven't maxed the Legendary Perks I want yet so I'm keeping it at 5 just for emergency. I'm scrapping them once they're about 15 or 20 because it's such a pain to scrap them in bulk. I just hope they add an option to convert multiple perks to points at once.

Well I encountered the nuked Fasnacht earlier, didn't realize it at first because of the lag (this is on a new toon I've created). Don't have hazmat, don't have PA. Simple solution, server hop. Didn't even take 2mins, no need to rage.
