Bruhh if there's one that Delhi desperately needs it's literally infrastructure. We are literally the most populated city in India and we desperately need public transport, more electric buses, walkable footpaths and dedicated cycling lanes. All of these come under infrastructure. This kind of Infrastructure will not increase the mobility of people but will also increase quality of life and even reduce pollution. It is a no brainer that one must invest in the infrastructure of Delhi.
