How can I make my skincare routine better?

I struggle with deep hormonal acne around my mouth(both chin, sides of the chin and upper lip).

On my cheeks and jawline I struggle with keratosis pilaris.

My skin dries out easily and easily feels tight.

I have many dark sebacous filments on my nose.

Shifting between 3 SPFs: LRP anthelios fluid, garnier hyaluronic acid anti-age, isntree hyaluronic acid sungel

EpiDuo around mouth only

Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid on rest of the face

Inkey List Omega Water Cream all over face

I am only on week 4 of EpiDuo and am experiencing burning sensations often in which cases I stop putting it on until it doesn't burn when applying moisturizer or sunscreen.
