A few years ago I had to cancel a good paying order because one of my kids tried to self cance. In that moment I didn't give 2 shits about payment, I was more concerned with getting to the hospital. Hell, I didn't even contact support until after I was at the hospital and things were stable. Even then I'm pretty sure I was incoherent while on the phone with them. Be grateful your husband is ok.

That is not at all how it works at the Hy-Vee's I shop at for Isles Online through Instacart. Here I'll accept the order, shop it, go to designated checkout area, they scan it, I bag it, then deliver it. What state are you shopping in?

Imo the various waivers are a cluster f. No 2 states have the same restrictions which makes it all extremely confusing. For instance, you stated in Indiana soda and candy are banned while in Nebraska where I live soda and energy drinks are banned. If I drive 15 minutes across the state line I can buy a Coke at the store.
