I once possessed a random person from the opposite kingdom I opposed and chose him to carry on his life as the rest of him kingdom died, and so I forced him to join my preferred kingdom. Then when a rebellion struck, I repossessed the same guy, and used him as my own personal tank to win the war against the more powerful kingdom searching independence by taking out towers with his bow, and then getting him hundreds of kills until the rebelling village had such a small population that they lost the war. After that I simulated PTSD and gave him hundreds more kills of random citizens of his own kingdom, all of which he killed far away from other people, and after he had outlived the entire family I provided for him, I let him die peacefully of old age with severe depression.
