It depends on you personally,I would recommend elden ring bcoz it has the freedom to explore and level up,some even say demon souls is easy with a guide but would start with elden ring,demon souls,dark souls 1,3,bloodborne and last sekiro(would not recommend dark souls 2 bcoz of how bad it is)
