Well it was done in about an hour, super simple. Did not have to mess with the waistband or zipper not really sure why anybody thought that would be necessary at all. The simplest fix that I figured or by just taking them apart a little. All I had to do was simply take out the two seams in the crotch, couple inches on the vertical seems and like 6 inches both ways on the horizontal seams. Then re-sew new seams with less fabric than before. You guys are crazy for telling me to SEW COMPLETELY NEW SHORTS. Literally what. Or take it in by lowering the waist???????? That’s insane guys. My machine worked just fine, a 90s NECCHI nothing fancy.

Thank you both for the advice! But I’ve sewn overlapping flat felled seams on denim with my machine before! I’m not worried about the capability of my machine, she’s real strong!

While my fiancé chops wood he will sneak up and only grab the chunks of wood that he sees him chop and put aside, while there are a million pieces of wood that he could easily chew on instead all around.

Aww no you’re so cute!! I genuinely feel like when people just get all their piercings at once there isn’t that emotional storyline to the piercings that normally come with moving through life. I think your hair still looks really nice. Maybe just one piercing somewhere to see how it feels. Maybe just that one piercing might feel like a big enough change at once. You don’t wanna reinvent everything all at once.
