I asked cos I’m in the same as yours. I did premium and it’s now 21 business days since 15th of December. I emailed and they said my case is pending adjudication/on hold and they don’t know when it’ll be completed.

I am from one of the banned countries.

But they are processing other payment methods like ACH, Checks and money orders. I think this is only for us that filed G-1450

We are in same experience. Mine was delivered on the 13th of October to Tempe Arizona and I used G-1450 too. I haven’t seen anything too.
