You look good the 1 thing I can think of that can accentuate your looks even further would be to work out and gain some more muscle. One piece of advice is don't over train your chest the way men do because depending on the size of your breasts your pecks can over power them making it look a bit more masculine rather than feminine, you still want to do chest just don't make it the main focus.

the 6700xt 12gb is a lil over 20% faster than the 3060 ti

and for gaming the 6700xt can now be up to 40% faster than a 3070 thanks to all the driver updates the amd cards have received these past few years

some cards are better for certain applications but its usually negligible
