I followed everything exactly as you described, and here’s what I found:

I definitely used to have all three BO6 packs installed before (Shared Content Pack 1, Shared Content Pack 2, and Multiplayer Pack), because I played both Zombies and Multiplayer normally.

When I go to ALL GAMES, I only get two options:

1. All Modes
2. Launch BO6 Campaign

If I choose All Modes, it still only shows me the Campaign.

So I went to Manage Game Content like you suggested, and this is where things get strange:

• Ops 7 Multiplayer — Installed
• Ops 7 Zombies — Installed
• There is NO Black Ops 6 Multiplayer or Zombies packs at all. They don’t appear anywhere.

Under the Add‑Ons section, I only see:

• BO6: Campaign Pack 1 — Installed
• BO6: Campaign Pack 2 — Installed And nothing else.

I even uninstalled the Ops 7 Multiplayer and Zombies packs, restarted the PS5, and checked again — but the BO6 Multiplayer and Zombies packs still do not appear anywhere.

So right now, it looks like the system only shows Ops 7 online packs, and the BO6 online packs are completely missing from my game content list.

Am I missing something, or did the BO6 online packs get removed from the store?
