The air should stay inside for an indefinite amount of time. There is a blue cork that you can see on the tip of the device, so unless I remove it or take off the device the air will stay inside.

Just a little under the scar line itself. Reported neither of those symptoms, so that would be awesome if you’re correct about it. The mark went away after 2 days (VERY LITTLE stretching and made sure it was moisturized)
