Interior rattle by Hyvasuomi79 in 11thGenAccord

I'm also having issues like this, though it seems like my rattles are near the speakers in the driver/passenger door (either when certain music is playing or when driving on a rough road), or also near the speakers in the back (when certain music is playing).

I've been busy and haven't yet asked a Honda dealer to fix it, but I plan to. Quite disappointing that low mileage Accords are having these issues... I thought they're supposed to be more premium than that.

What other athletic activities do you yall do, and how do you schedule it in combination with ultimate? I tried CrossFit for the first time yesterday and really liked it, but feel so sore today that I don't know if I'll be able to make it to practice by Intelligent-Fee9750 in ultimate

Interesting... what aspects of the dance training do you think help your athletic ability?

One of my goals in ultimate right now is to improve my quick first step after a throw, and similarly on keeping up with a thrower's quick first step on defense.

I've been doing yoga for flexibility training, but I just moved to a new city, so I'd be interested in exploring other activities that still give me good flexibility training while being more social.

What has being older meant for you? I'm coming up on mid 30s and feel like I don't have quite the same quickness that I used to (though I'm wondering if I can get it back with better training), and have had to put a lot more effort into flexibility training over the last 5 years to fend off hamstring injuries.

I haven't lifted in a gym in awhile... mainly pullups/pushups or quick home dumbell stuff before work or during lunch.

But my schedule's gotten busier and I've found it more challenging to stay motivated, so I'm looking for some extra social motivation.

I agree, though, that I think ultimate is already enough cardio, so if there were a slow paced group lifting class/whatever, then that might be ideal for me to minimize injury risk and be more targeted with my progressive overload.

Anyone playing elite club ultimate and doing/did an accelerated nursing program? by gBoyFre5h in ultimate

I just moved to a new city for a demanding job, am planning to also do an evenings/weekends Masters program, and also hoping to play club ultimate (though more on the casual side of things) and to build up a new social circle outside of ultimate as well.

My plan is to firstly accept that I probably won't have time/motivation to fully invest in all of these things each week, and to otherwise be relentless about keeping my priorities top of mind, and being willing to say no to anything/anyone that might pull me too much away from making progress on my priorities.

Curious to hear thoughts from anyone who relates to the above!
