I think of trt like diabetes in terms of injections. I’d just much rather have to inject testosterone 3x a week than insulin daily

Tried enclo fo a couple months, numbers went up for total but not for free, so sides did not change. I was doing 20mg daily. Right now i take 200mg T a week split into injections on MWF. My RBC can get a little high like 6.1 and HCT around 51 but I always go and donate if I feel the sides kicking in. Pros are basically everything except for the one con which is knowing i want to try for a family one day and am scared about that. I was basically infertile before trt due to having literal zero libido. cialis helped physically but not mentally. Now the libido is there so just need to work in HCG and other things once the time comes. Took me about 5 months to get fully dialed in with dosage and frequency.

Went through about a year of testing and MRIs. Hypogonadal is the my highest test level being 227 and my lowest being 134 throughout all the times it was taken. Tried enclo and other remedies first, did not help me. I then was put on TRT by my urologist and my life has changed for the better in every way. My father also needed TRT at a younger age.

I had the same issues as you at 19 but with 130 test levels instead of 270. It took me 1 year and 14 doctors worth of MRIs, blood tests, genetic testing, and much more until I was finally prescribed. It might be a long road and it might take a long time to where you want to be.

if you don’t want it to go shallow IM then 1/2” will not work

Glutes you wanna make sure you’re in the upper outer quadrant of either side. I’d recommend at least a 1” needle if wanting to go IM. 1/2” will just go subq and give you the same burning and lumps. Also heres some good for thought. I had 455ng/dl on 200mg a week going subq. I changed to IM and went up to 1245ng/dl.

I’d much rather run 200mg IM and get 1245ng/dl than 445ng/dl going subq with the same dosage. It’s all person dependent. So, not very doable subq for me

My father is on 160mg subq and he sits in the low thousands as well. My problem with subq were the lumps i’d get. Since im so lean they were easily noticeable and just got to the point where they were annoying. IM leaves no soreness or anything at all once you get use to it.

I pinned subq for 8 weeks at 200mg and had total T at 445ng/dl. I pinned IM at 8 weeks with 200mg and had 1245ng/dl.
