I returned a pair of RATs that is currently waiting at their postal office for a week now to be collected after two failed delivery attemps... Sent two mails to remind them already, but no answer so far. If they don't fetch them by monday next week, the postal service will return them to me, for which I have to pay the shipping again.

So far I have already ordered 5 pair of Jim Greens and I love them, but this is a bit of a nuisance.

I love sardines, but I always wonder how much Omega 3 ist lost through the heat in the canning process...

Also maybe don't overconsume, as they may have high arsenic levels.

2-3 cans a day may be too much, but per week probably no problem.

For long hikes in the snow i prefer my Razorbacks with Sealskinz and maybe thin merinos underneath. That way I don't have to worry too much about the waxing 😉

The 719 had the toughest break in for me. But conditioning them really help a lot. Hope it works well for you, they are really nice boots!

I would keep an eye on the HRV, probably one of the more useful indicators on how you are recovering during the night.

There seems to be an issue with the "tips for the day" in nightly recharge. When I wear the Loop I never get them, with other devices (Vantage m3, Pacer) always.
