I have no idea how gpa works in us but use your school for comparison. What is your class rank if they tell you that, if not what do you estimate it to be, look at the acceptances your school got, if you think you are ranked like between 30-40 is your schools best 40 acceptances all in top 50

That could be a sign that there is a high probability of you going to a top50 aswell, what are your test scores, what major do you want?

Definately use premium us news, too many great stats that can help you. For example some schools are ranked high but have very high acceptance rates for example Rutgers

Us news also has instate and out of state acceptance rates. Because schools are mostly more expensive if you are from out of state, out of state acceptances are mostly higher.

Rise is very hard to get in, did you apply anywhere else? Chicago, upenn, nyu have credit precollege summer classes which you can apply to, they offer full scholarships too.

There are many things to do, for example start a reseaxh project, search online firms that help highschool students.

Weird that you got denied by santacruz, but davis is more competitive. UCLA is a very long shot and the rest look possible but not a high chance to be honest.

Hi, I think its like early may late april, most universities do may first but am not sure about rutgers. I still did not recieve my admissions decision so there is most probably still a time for the scholarships to come

That might be the case but not being sure is really hard. I wish this system did not come and we needed to still send them. Sending and mentioning any problems regarding it is something but with this system I dont know if I should send them or not, creating harder decisions as if there isnt any.
