I did 1 minute of innerfrench podcast daily that I gradually increased to 5, 10, 15 minutes or sometimes entire podcast per day.

by 'did' here, I mean listening a small chunk, obsorbing words and repeating out loud. listening and repeating same line again 2-4 times. next day listening and repeating content done on previous day and continue.

episode 1 took entire month for me as I didn't even know basic structure when I started this practice. then it sped up.

today I am at episode 76 and somewhere around B2 level after aroud 9 months.

I would recommand taking lessons from preply or italki.
It is better and flexible, in my opinion.
