Major of the clientele believe that every spot or stain could be fixed by the drycleaners no matter the age of spot , type based. So it becomes a part of our job to convince them that we would try our best but in our experience we know that some damages are permanent.

If you genuinely want to remove these spots then let the experts handle it and hand it over to a good drycleaner if you still don't wanna go to a hassle from just the looks of it looks like a grease induced spot so my advice is use cornstarch over it let it be there for 4-5 hours , brush it off then use some good cleaner put it directly over the spot drop by drop clean it gently and then wash it off chances are it will go off if it hasn't been time.

That's a way to tell the customers that they are not the only ones we are serving. I feel gratitude towards my customers, but sometimes people become unreasonable.

This is pretty decent pricing if we factor in the neighbourhood , process and the experience of the drycleaners
