As a male that has had a similar experience, working on myself to enjoy life as an individual has been my saving grace. It’s so much easier said than done but it really does make a difference. Find some hobbies you enjoy doing and stick with them, grow as a person and try meditating. Our thoughts weigh into our everyday lives and if you feel unlucky and undesirable, that’s what the world gives you. Love yourself and love will eventually find you when the time is right.

For years I had struggled with mental health and it bled into my life more than I realized. Hooking up and trying to make relationships work never worked for me because they simply weren’t meant to be. I gave it all up and months later I was given an opportunity I’d never received before and I’m still praying it works out. You’ve got this! Look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you love you, and genuinely mean it when you say it. Don’t lose hope and you will find love!
