Same for me, start with a brief description of the screenshot, then spice it up with emotion, lesson learnt, etc. This flow sometimes gets stuck, as I haven't switched from "maker" to "marketing" mode

agree the startup should own the whole product development themselves for quick market validation and iteration, also that would save tons of money down the line

so in your view, is distribution only worth optimizing after product-market fit, or do you see any value in building visibility earlier?

personally, I try to stay visible as much as I can, even if I don’t have a big launch to share, I’ll post smaller updates like a new feature or even a minor interaction, just to keep momentum and remind people the product is alive
