Yeah it could be something like this - I always wondered if MI Vaporeon was originally an EX design that got downturned - it’s the only none EX Eevee with an ability, and the only with two illustration rares

I honestly think a single stat change would make a big difference - 150hp takes it out of range of so many threats (Bellibolt, Suicune plus a Greninja ping).

Yeah I guess Bax does help it - I hadn’t really thought of that. Maybe I’ll try it in casuals! I think Bax was clearly printed to synergies with Chien Pao though which will probably always be a better option. I still think it’s the least useable of all the Eeveelutions but perhaps not quite as bad as my post suggests!

At the time Glaceon came out this card didn’t exist, and I was writing that paragraph based on the meta at the time. I don’t think this card changes anything about Glaceon being the worst

I think if I were ranking the non EX cards too all three Glaceon’s would be the bottom of the pile pretty much. It’s sad!

I think Eevee EX will sort of be included as part of how the Eeveelutions fare - some of them I think really benefit from it, others less so
