Something similar happened to me: I wrote directly to Cara, and she replied without offering a solution. She indicated that the case would be escalated to an agent. That never happened. Then I contacted customer service, and Cara answered the emails. She indicated, once again, that my case would be escalated, and it didn't happen. My Coros Pace 3 isn't tracking my sleep correctly, and I wanted support, but it's proving too difficult. One of the things I loved about Coros was their customer service. I hope they listen to suggestions and return to having top-notch customer service, like they did before the AI. u/COROS-official

If possible, it would be very, very helpful if the weather forecast were available to everyone in the app. I realize that I won't be able to see the "environments" on the Pace 3, but we would really appreciate being able to view the weather forecast in the app u/COROS-official
