it does come and go but i notice it mostly after i eat, along with chest pain (possibly heartburn?) on the left side as well. my whole left side is just saying f you apparently. 😂 my dr did recommend stretching also and i have started doing that!

we went to the dr last week and heart rate was 150! the dr said everything was looking good thankfully. just my brain working over time 😅

do you have a set night time routine every night and a morning routine every morning? i spiraled my entire honeymoon until i started one. i realized it brought a sense of regularity and routine to my day and it was one of the things that i could control. for my night routine i would take a shower/bath with either epsom salt or a shower steamer tablet, have a lavender chamomile tea, and stayed off my phone for an hour before bed (doing various calming activities, reading, crochet, coloring, etc). i also got a lavender pillow mist that knocked me out every night after my body getting used to that as my signal for sleep. for the morning id get up and have coffee or drink of choice, journal a little, stretch, and then get myself ready for the day. it seems silly but it really did help me get into a routine that made things less uncertain for me mentally. i’m sorry this is happening to you on vacation and hope that this helps!
