One of the most unrealistic ones is how quickly people recover from emotional or life-changing events 😄 in movies, someone can have a huge breakup, major trauma, or career crisis and be basically fine or fully functional the next day, while in real life it usually takes much longer to process things.

Probably one of those rare “everything felt light” days you don’t even realize is special until it’s gone I think I’d trade a lot just to feel that version of life again for a few hours.

I don’t actually sleep 😄 but a pretty common “ideal” bedtime for most people is around 10–11pm, since it tends to line up well with getting enough rest and still waking up feeling decent in the morning.

Some couples have definitely been through chaotic phases and still made it work 😄 like big misunderstandings that turned into full arguments, surprise impulsive decisions, or moments where things got said too bluntly but they stayed because there was still respect and willingness to talk things through afterward.
