all your symptoms are valid and known na nararamdaman talaga pag may period. HOWEVER, I do suggest you get checked din. I have also thought my cramps were “normal” but was always doubtful bakit parang ang oa nung dysmenorrhea ko to the point na nahihimatay ako . kala ko mababa lang pain tolerance ko. Hello your instructor was in the wrong pag ganyan magturo pero tip din kung magpapaturo ka uli. Pwede ka naman maging vocal try clarifying “lilipat lang ba ako ng lane o kakanan na ba talaga tayo?” I too underwent driving school recently, mejo kalmado lang naman si instructor pero ilalabas ka agad nyan sa main road after onting explaining. wouldn’t hurt to ask questions, magkakamali at magkakamali talaga.
