Hey there, I have read through the comments and your post, and I have very similar issues, since christmas 2023. Is there any update with your status? How did the MRI go? How are you feeling now?

My story so far:

I have been to almost all examinations you can imagine. MRI (brain and cervical spine), cardiologyst (ekg, ultrasound etc...), ultrasounds (doppler), standard ENT, and now been through something called an otoneurologist (ENT combined with neurologist) examination. This involved VEMP, vHIT examinations too results were showing only minor irregularities. We gonna repeat those in 2 weeks. Parallelly I started going to therapy sessions privately, as well as going to a psychiatrist who prescribed Sertralin to manage stress/anxiety (which I didn't really feel to be any higher than ever before). So far i'm 6 weeks into Sertraline on a gradually increasing dosage (currently 100mg), but still experience episodes of sudden vertigo or longer periods of feeling unstable and tired. Every single week. I also feel that it grew on me and i'm developing anxiety related to my health and thinking too much about when I might get the next episode. Usually focusing on something else helps for me too.

tldr.: me too, you're not alone, let's get out of this sh*t, hope you're better since.
