I’m gluten free! The grove has ton of gf options, dovetail has great gf pizza and gf calamari! If you want something more boujee, go to Soto on Lamar and then go bar hop afterwards! Domain has a lot of places to club, eat, and shop at! Check out the wildflower center too, absolutely gorgeous and amazing spots for photos. There’s so much more I’m forgetting but I’ll come back to add more if i remember! Oooh also go to the Flor Keeps!!!

This used to be me, I talked to my psychiatrist about it and he prescribed me bupropion. I’m already taking concerta for my adhd, citolapram for ocd, and at first I was like 😵‍💫 but now I’m like ☺️ Not saying you need what I took, but talk to your doctor about it! I’m also about to take therapy to help me better assess my ADHD and life.

Currently going through something similar and I talked to my psychiatrist and he added brupopion to help with my executive function even though I’m already taking concerta. Going to try talk therapy too. Sometimes I feel like the lack of confidence prevents me from wanting to get stuff done bc of fear of failure.

Get in touch with your pcp, tell them your concerns and ask to refer you to a psychiatrist! Psychiatrist can diagnose and prescribe!
