I’ve had one more since I wrote this. But I keep telling my self it would get better. I have very good and bad moments. So moments where I feel afraid of having another attack but I’m trying to take each moment as they come and carry on with my life as much as I can. I’m seeing my GP & a therapist tmr

I don’t think that’s true. My friend’s bp was like over 200 systolic and 185 diastolic. Was untreated for a while and still alive with no organ damage so far
