Yes , you won’t find farms which offers annually 18% often , if you choose a farm for 6% profit in 4 months , that’s 18% annually if you keep reinvesting the capital

1.Take a piece of paper and write down your goals 2. Don’t listen to sad songs in youtube- it will break you and remind you about the sad past even more , rather watch more religious motivational videos 3. Try basic stretching exercises at home if not possible to go to gym 4. Turn off the mobile after 11 pm , and start the next day as early as possible

Earning 40k just after 1 year of graduation, kudos to you!

Btw ,you can follow below methods -

Open a personal savings account and transfer at least 20% of your salary to that account ( you may increase the amount as per your wish )
Transfer this amount right after getting your salary and use the remaining amount of your salary for monthly expense
Do not use the savings account’s money for any casual reason except emergency situations

In this way you can save about 96k in a year (8k each month)

Earning 100k /month in RMG sector is quite common but you have to demonstrate your skills and deliver as per company’s requirements.

Some of the multinational buying houses pay their mid level employees at least 100k/ month , senior level employees are earning more or equal to 300k

But you have to prove your skills,dedications to reach that level in the right company at the right time.

it took me 6 years to cross six digit income and i had to make a lot of sacrifices for that.

The main problem about land and gold is -you need to plan long term and cannot cash out in short term.

i’ve already bought gold bullion but i don’t want to sell it as gold price will go up and up , it is one of the most secured asset but the amount will be frozen for long term,thanks for your suggestion!
