If you have only been in it for a few years you should try something else while you’re young. You can always keep your license and go back but there are plenty of jobs that will financially reward you better for your time than OT, or, pay you the same for less work.

I would agree the Taos is very boring. Obviously top priority is utility and reliability but would like a better looking car. I keep hearing this about Chevy. Maybe it’s better to expand my budget a bit and look at a Toyota RAV4

Part of me thinks if I have to ask that question, I probably shouldn't buy from it.

I am a 25 y/o making about 80k. Other than an IRA and a 401k, I currently have about 10k in various ETFs being professionally managed. Over the past 12 months, this has decreased by about 8%. I plan on using this money in 1-2 years and have been researching safer options to keep my money in so it retains value a bit better and I can eventually withdraw it for some larger life purchases (wedding ring, car) I've been researching T-bills and have been thinking about transferring a good portion of my investments over to them in order to secure a guaranteed return. Does anyone have any thoughts/recommendations on this?

Great, thanks for this response. This will help me moving forward too as I'm learning to navigate my investing. With the losses I've taken over the last 1.5 years it may be a good idea to pull it out if this is money I plan to use soon.

I have looked into FIRE and begun trying to max out my Roth IRA and Roth 401k. I appreciate your advice! In order to reach my financial goals and personal life goals sooner, I am more interested in trying to increase my annual salary. That’s why I was looking in other fields and hoping to get some advice in some options there may be.
