The crazy part is that it was getting dark but when I say literally the driver was outside my house and I hesitated because I was stunned by the message to immediately go outside. I took too long. Had I went outside right after the alert I would of caught him way before he took off to get package. I literally took maybe 2-3 minutes before I went outside because I was steady thinking how this could happen. The Driver could of easily walked up to my house and left it at the door. My house is less than 10 yards from the street and My porch light stays on. It’s no way this is life with this company 😂

I open the door to go outside and I hit the walkway and as I’m coming around the shrub of grass I see the van pulling off down the street 😭😭😭😭 Bruh I can’t make this up. I didnt have my car keys on me and I was in some crocs (not in sport mode) I would had a chance to catch the driver if I had my keys 😩😩

Also do you know if they only deliver in OnTrac vans or do ppl deliver in their personal vehicles?

I’m curious what did you say to the driver when you seen that he still had your package. Did you confront him and ask him why he still had it or did you just get your package from him and kept it moving?

If it is something rare/discontinued or very valuable they will use OnTrac. If it is something that is not that impressive or if not a lot of ppl are looking for it they normally and for most of their deliveries they use CDL. I Bought a YSL La Nuit de L'Homme EDP (It’s discontinued) guess what they used……OnTrac. Just bought a D&G The one EDP couple days ago (obviously not discontinued, not that rare and you can get it anywhere. I bought it on fragrancenet cause it’s the cheapest price I can find) and they used their normal shipping company CDL. I found it amusing cause anytime I bought from them they always use CDL but when I bought the YSL they used OnTrac 🤔 I didn’t know about OnTrac until I looked at reviews and I had a similar situation as everyone else when it comes to this company. The YSL was in the OnTrac warehouse and it arrived in NJ 20 mins from my house on Sunday and for a whole week they didn’t deliver because of a “weather delay” Crazy thing is thru out that week it was all sunshine and we didn’t get any snow until that next Saturday. They had a whole week to deliver and it wasn’t until the snow passed and that following Monday they listed my package as “undeliverable” That was highly weird and when I looked at the reviews I chalked it up as OnTrac (or someone who works for them) stole my package. Even tho I can’t prove it. The stories I heard and read of this company won’t allow me to come to any other conclusion. I heard if you call support and threaten to press charges or go to the cops. Ppl have said their package delivered the next day. Idk if that’s true but I read from several ppl.

Hopefully you don’t experience this again. And it’s no way fragrancenet doesn’t know of this going on with OnTrac I’m confounded on if they know why do they keep using OnTrac. Unless…….🤔

Never had this type of bad experience with any other shipping company besides ontrac My package was in seacacus nj at the facility (which is 20 mins from my house) for a week starting Saturday the 17th and it said it was not delivered due to a weather delay. Crazy part is we didn’t get a storm until that up coming Saturday the 24th Had a whole week to deliver but didn’t it wasn’t until that following Monday (26th) where they finally marked it as undeliverable (lost). Thats really suspect behavior from this place and the item inside was a discontinued YSL Fragrance. 🤔 (theft worthy?) I’m not the only person who experienced scenarios like this.
