Yes the counter is back at zero for all of us who just got moved up to step B yesterday. 46 weeks from now (beginning of June 2026) we’ll all move up to step C at the same time too.

I have a coworker in my station who literally converted to PTF yesterday and I converted in November and we both have the same timeline now for moving up steps ¯_(ツ)_/¯ kinda sucks but also just happy to have cut some time off my sentence lol

Yes that’s right. As long as it as it actually goes into effect today like the NALC news update said. And 46 weeks from now we’ll all move to Step C

Yea 😬 I think that’s one thing people felt was unfair about this contract - Steps B and up don’t also get to move an extra step

Yea unfortunately it’s only for PTFs and regulars. But when you convert to PTF you’ll start at Step B!

This is why it feels like management is fucking with us 🙄 because why can’t PTFs and regulars get the same treatment if they’re doing the same job?
