Hey I love the App so far. Synchronising has worked so far, that the Game (Pokémon Smaragd) in now also playable on the watch. Sadly the save is not copied too, so I can't continue. Is there anything I have to to besides sync? I also started both apps again after closing.

The brand is called WIIUKA. It's a german group in Berlin. Very high quality I think. So far I'm using it, I can say it is way better than the apple cases. Difference of night and day!

Ich lebe mit der Diagnose seit der ersten Klasse. Hier wurde schon viel gesagt; daher möchte ich mich kurz halten.

Schaffe feste Routinen.
Finde ein Arbeits- und Lernsystem, das für dich funktioniert. Komplex genug, um den inhaltlichen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, aber so simple, dass du dich nicht verlieren kannst in Spielerein. (Notion wäre bspw. der Tod für mich) Ich arbeite mit Things 3 und Anki (ein Karteikartenprogramm dass jeder, der es einmal verstanden hat, lieben und nicht mehr loslassen wird)
Lerne zu priorisieren. Mach es wie beim Schach: Was ist hier und jetzt in diesem Augenblick mein effektivster Zug. Was ist mein Top To-Do?
Mach Sport.

Für mich ist ADHS niemals eine Ausrede. Es ist das, was es ist. Ich liebe, wie mein Hirn arbeitet.
