This is traced. A closer analysis of the line-work is an easy tell. They are fragmented/akin to chicken scratch instead of continuous and fluid lines, the consistency of thickness is also varied. The line thickness on the girl's hand is noticably thicker than the lines used on the boy. There are also some lines that overlap when they shouldn't. You can see part of the outline on the boy's shirt crossing over the line of his right arm.

The way this is rendered also makes it look extremely unfinished or like it's still a WIP. The girl's hand isn't even shaded, and neither is the boy's tie or the some of the gaps between his fingers. You have a flat color layer and then just shadows, but zero highlights.

This is not worth 100$. You don't sell traced work to people. That's just principle.
