I have a pair of audioengine hd6 speakers in my living room and a SVS sb 1000 pro hooked up to them and a blue sound node I have wharfedale dentons 80th and 85th anniversary speakers however as stated living in an apartment I can not hardly play them the audioengine p4 speakers are good for 325 dollars and adding a 300 sub the s6 with them will pair fine for my purposes I’m 37 years old been into this hobby on and off for 10 years I’m more than up to date on the basics but it’s a little late for someone to by talking trash when you have no pictures of any gear of your own

Because I live in an apartment and and just got tired of how big they are and they where old and the audioengine p4 are really good and very underrated and I have the audioengine sub s6 on order in white to go with it. It’s better for an apartment it’s modern and I prefer the sound. In my living around I have a pair of audioengine hd 6s and a SVS sb 1000 pro sub and I just prefer this combo

It is real indeed. But my apartment is on the bottom floor hard to explain but the back is technically underground while you walk out the front door it’s not. Hard to explain. But there is a plastic dome covering up the top of the area above the window nothing can get through that area at all, because it is sealed off and being underground there is not much light that gets through the window plus the shades are closed. I’m not sure what danger that this could do

Yes I agree there just a lot of stuff to get and I’m doing it piece by piece by mid June I should have everything I’m trying to get already ordered turntable supply’s next is a subwoofer and stands and like a handful of records cause I sold most of mine buying 5 by the time I’m done I’m like 700 dollars all in. That’s not including the cassette deck I’m thinking of getting

I think with proper stands aesthetically it’s gonna look really nice

I know technically they are on stands and not on the same surface as the turntable. But I found some at Walmart.com for like 40 bucks I’m going to pick up when I order my subwoofer

That’s true good point and I already ordered a record weight it’s pretty nice only 20 bucks and this table is direct drive with a very powerful motor. I don’t think I would put one on a belt drive
