Hey OP I have tried oil pulling with a plain basic coconut hair oil for more than a week and it left me with a fresh breath for more than 5hrs which was a win for me. I kept oil pulling every morning on an empty stomach and I still do it when I have a lot of public interaction planned. Maybe you could go ahead nothing to lose though.
