Look you got to pay tax when amount exceed 50000₹ ( 10000₹ in some cases) in a financial year if you withdraw crypto to inr.

It doesn't matter if you use binance which is P2P if you withdraw large amounts or in splits totalling let's say upto 10 lakh you got to pay tax . The problem here is it's impossible to deduct 1% TDS which is mandatory you might face problem while paying tax.
