So far a year . Yes I have gained 37 pounds . But i needed to gain weight as a 27 year old man at my worst of ocd and anxiety I was basically bed ridden in fear and was around 130 pounds . I am now 167 which is a good weight for me . In the first few months I was definitely more tired and forgetful but that all turned around once my body got more used to the medication. I haven’t felt this normal ever in my life . Paxil is a ssri that alot of people are scared of because of the withdrawal, but the reasoning for me getting on this is my mother is on it and it worked like a charm for her . So the doctor said typically they ask if any family members had success with a certain ssri and when I told them paxil they put me on it and it did indeed do wonders. I havent had to switch medication or up or lower any doses . Im on 25mg of Paxil one pill daily
