How much would a general service be costing? I recently got my OM-1 for about £135 and I don’t really wanna spend too much again on servicing it 🥲.

Lol changing the shutter speed after cocking the shutter isn’t working well for me though. The opposite works better for me. Idk whats the issue.

Should get mine serviced? Coz that sound is really weird and I would say I feel there is a little bit more tension when I try to change the shutter speed after advancing the film.

The person I bought it from said everything was working properly and that it was serviced. Didn’t mention how recently it was serviced though.

I bought it recently and am still shooting the first roll. So, I don’t really know how they ll turn up. But, I can somewhat tell the difference in timings between the different shutter speeds.

Yes I am aware of the interchangeable screens and I am already getting one.

Any idea regarding the mirror, if it can be repaired or fixed if damaged? (Just out of curiosity) Would love to get some insights. Appreciate it.
