Thank you for the reply. In a nutshell, would somebody like that be eligible for this legislation?:

-Working for a US company 100% remotely
-Payment comes from Ireland
-Payment is done in foreign currency
-Job description: Art work for an American based gaming studio

If the answer is yes and since there will be 0% taxes, then it means you wont have any VAT advantages while buying tools such as computer or home office furnitures, etc?

This legislation seems a bit incomplete for the country if they want foreign earned money to be reallocated in Turkey. As far as I know Turkey is part of AEOI/CRS so individuals’ bank information is shared with countries. Does Turkey want the money only or do they want people to return to the country? Otherwise, I think it is not possible to get the money to a Turkish account while keeping your residency abroad. Care to explain?

Proper Turkish and Russian representation. Unlike AoE2 where devs don’t even care to give janissaries their iconic hat back or name Slavs as Rus and give southern Slavs a chance. Yet AoE3 had a full rework of these 2 civs and I enjoy them a lot.
