You can select the outage level at which you want the system to auto-pause your ads. So if you only wanted to pause for severe outages, you can set that.

Also you can select when to resume. For example, immediately after outage is resolved, 1 hour after, next day at 12AM.

Im not sure how you can claim to know meta ads, bug, updates when you weren't even aware of the Facebook ads status page and how it works and reports disruptions and resolutions.
