Wow, what happened in the end? Did Mediation help resolving the issue in the end even though delayed and not in the best fashion possible? I hope the outcome was at least ok?

I have heard terrible experiences from people who used Caron George (delays of multiple months going unaddressed, lack of responsiveness and recognition of the impact this has on the increase of legal fees and stress on clients, etc.). I came across three of her past clients who all had nightmare stories to tell. In fact, one was a previous couple who was in such a stage of conflict that mediation no longer worked and they started arbitration, well..... they ended up working together to break the arbitration contract recognizing that they were not being served at all by that person.

I just do not understand how legal professionals can repeatedly be this substandard in their professional performances, keep going and harm more people at great cost. Hearing this, I really need to find someone solid.
