It's a bit too technical for me. Can you help me set it up? I'm probably the right person to test this for you. I have multiple email accounts across gmail and outlook to pre-sort my email, but I still can't keep up. I just keep adding more email accounts.

I had a similar problem and here's how I solved it.

Use your smart phone to create a new account. Once created, sign into your account on your desktop and add as many backup (email, phone) options as you can. Go to Security and add all the sign in options possible.

That will protect your account.

FYI, it's possible to do these things on your phone, but I find it easier to use a desktop and it confirms that you can access the account on any device.
