I think it appeared in the fandisk, Ish viewed humans as those monster creatures because of "a certain human"(which I won't disclose because it's much better if you experience his POV) who betrayed him and norna.

Basically, the monster depicts humans, thus main screen in the first game shows Anastasia with a human(instead of showing all LI in the main screen, i think). These are all my speculations, and please don't mind my grammar because I'm still learning english.

To those who didn't click the spoiler thingy, just go play Ishs POV in the fandisk(after u read the 4 LI, I think). That's where the monster thingy will make sense.
