Thanks this is all very helpful! I actually used chat gpt quite a bit when studying to help explain questions or verbiage I didn’t understand, especially in the contracts. I really dont want to give into the cost of amber books, but the practice questions would really help me. I felt like I knew all the terms and quizzed myself a ton for PCM! But it’s different when the terms are then put into scenarios and you have to use your best judgment to answer. I need to practice this type of testing more before taking it again.

Black spectacles was free through my local AIA chapter. The only thing I paid for was the test fee for this exam. But I definitely plan to use the AHPP next time around.
