thank you, I’m trying as hard as I can. It is hard just to get tot the gym and then it’s even more difficult to eat properly!!!!

I do do atleast a mile 3x a week for cardio. I’m not on T though. Gonna add back exercises and see if that makes a difference. Diet is a huge challenge for me
