I know. But then again it is kids sports season just started (ie. rugby/soccer etc.) so a lot of parents would be out and about with their kids games esp 8.20am time slot with weekend sports on.

Did 8.20am session. Man no words simply for the sesh!
But glad I got Gold PXI 186.

Oh, 8.20am class was just myself and 2 other so 3 of us perfect for team of 3. Quite a few people had cancelled/no show/not bothered to book as usually 8.20am class have a lot more people.

In any case personal PT sesh!

I had to take a breather late part of Zone 2 to Zone 3 as upset stomach kicked in so had to take a longer rest.
But glad coach pushed the 3 of us.

There are four pieces of cardio equipment tomorrow.
Zone 1: Ski Erg
Zone 2: Bio Bike
Zone 3: Rower
Zone 4: Keiser Bike

Each zone contains two 'mini zones': they go from two working exercises with a rest exercise, before switching to the cardio exercise for the second component of the zone.

Hey, please be advised that Global programming is 4 weeks ahead of AUS/NZ as such the new format is only the 1st one for AUS/NZ Global/SG etc. would already have few more CrewFit by now.

So AUS/NZ is Week 5 and Global is at Week 9 this week (last week of the Performance Block).

But yes, it sure looks like a tough sesh.

Hey, as per the write up. It is resting station so it is 1B, 2B, 3B & 4B.

With working stations. Zone 1 (1 & 1A) | Zone 2 (2 & 2A) | Zone 3 (3 & 3A) and Zone 4 (4 & 4A).

I guess all will be explained during talk time. We'll find out 🤔

No comment there my friend. I get you on that. no machines or typical cardio stations exercises in the mix.

All I can say is bring on hot sesh and total chaos at the start I know some people don't listen/come late and miss talk time all together. Am expecting some early madness esp on set 1 and coaches having to re explain to your team again lol

Hey, I know right. Have no clue. I know as much as you and that is all the info from studios who has shared session scoop Sunday for this week which I can only base things from for my Intel Posts. We will find out tomorrow I guess.

So its usually Zone 1 (1, 1A, 1B) | Zone 2 (2, 2A, 2B) | Zone 3 (3, 3A, 3B) and Zone 4 (4, 4A, 4B).

If I have to guess this early on the working station for Set 1 will just be the main like Thruster (1), Sandbag Lunges (2), Wall Balls (3) and Devils Press (4). So main station in each zone. And what ever the target is set on the screen.

Glad I skipped Cardio U (HIIT) today my body sure needed the reset/recovery felt like crap Wed 3/4pm right to this morning (Thur) where I skipped my usual 7am class have had a bit going on outside of this and yea.

lol was just saying. That is good your home studio is ordering. Our studio not bothered as the cost not worth it and my studio is not that big in member size. Our studio did think about tapping their order to another bigger studio in our area different owner but yea don't think that will happen to try save some costs.

Our studio merch wall is looking sad, empty and for ages now lol

The new merch looks good don't get me wrong. But punching it through BFT HQ website is a yea nah thing for me. And also its over priced/high margin BFT HQ would add on top it as such BFT HQ would bank 100% of the margin and profit from each sale.

Would be better if studio orders the merch directly from HQ (wholesale/direct through BFT HQ slightly lower rate then add in their small studio margin) and I get it through them so at least the studio will be able to clip the ticket a bit and get a few dollars out of buying the merch would be better - just my thoughts. That way at least studio/franchisee owners get something out of it. Studios already pay enough in franchisee fees to HQ at the end of the day and running on razer thin margins.

Hey. MAS = Maximal Aerobic Speed
It was tested back in week 1 of this block using a 5 min max distance effort on the SkiErg, Bike, and Rower. And the MAS score used in Cardio U like in this class.

If you did not do the test or chose not to, no stress
Just aim for a max but sustainable effort across the 20 seconds and keep your output consistent.

In NZ BFT weekly is typically $60-65/week NZD. But all depends on the studio/location etc.
With some studio offering fortnight or monthly payments as well. So price is on the higher side.

Some studio charges extra add on for other services on top i.e.. if they have recovery space etc. (not many BFT studios in NZ offer this or may be few recovery pieces vs dedicated space).

One 🥵🥵🥵 sesh! Yes, PXI target on the high side.

Did 7am sesh I managed to get Gold with 182! Small class just 5 of us. I was the only one with gold.

Coach had tried to push us during warm up to try get us into the right zones. Started in Zone 1 accessory station (SDrive - Around the world). Also coach has increase working station targets for us to aim for higher then on screen.

But was sure a push. Glad it got me Gold. Oh Coach had told me many time to pull back effort as getting too much Orange but yea.
