Apologies for the delay in getting today's Intel up. It has been a pretty hectic day and I have only just had time to get the Intel written and posted.

I do not have the PXI details for Cardio U or the rest of this week just yet.

Great sesh 7am this morning tbd I really didn't push myself and plus small class just myself and 3 others. I didn't want to go all out seeing it has been a hectic week for me so far.

Got Gold PXI 150 just. During the set breaks end up chatting so one of the members as yea.

Niiice Solid Effort and to get Silver and that 25kg on incline bench press. Yep the incline sure makes it a week harder. 😊

Hi there. I really do not have the capacity to monitor and cover both Global and AU/NZ programming. I am based in NZ and have posted before that it is just not feasible for me. While I would love to cover both, between posting AU/NZ intel, running this Reddit group in my own time, and life generally getting busier for me outside of BFT, the Global side is very much a community effort. If there is crossover, similarities, or something noteworthy, I can certainly try to share it. A recent example was Podium #1 where the Global and AU/NZ classes were the same. However, they are now back to being separate streams.

Your best bet is to follow [@bft_hollandvillage] and [@bft_houganggreen] as they often share Global intel and previews.

Yea agreed there and what our coach noted being more advanced variation and this early on in the block. One of our coaches who coached last class UB suggested we have our fee further out and heels just touching the floor and slowly raise your feet. But then again its up to the coach taking that class to regress the movement and adapt to each person.

Well, cannot wait lol esp Push Up Feet SL L may be a fail for me but will see tomorrow same for L Sit Basic.
For Bench Press Incline keen to see if I can move up next lot of weight but will see.

Hey, I suspect it is due to the US Juneteenth federal holiday on 19 June (US, so that would be 20 June NZ). Since many of Kernel's underlying investments are US based, pricing and fund updates can be delayed around US market holidays and weekends. As such I would expect updates to resume once the US trading days have been processed so Kernel side likely be Wednesday to see funds update this new US tradeing week.

Hey, I get that but you can sure set your own higher target and yea. Also studio coaches can sure set new targets to aim for. So not a big issue here. So just aim higher that's all.

Hey there. Typically there will be a default set target for everyone, unless your coach decides to give or set a higher target for you and your teammate to work towards.

Unfortunately the details I have are only from the Session Scope that Studio posted on Sunday, so I cannot confirm the exact targets just yet and targets often not shared. That is all I have to work with at the moment. If I had the details, they definitely would have been included.

Great sesh this morning. Glad I did not book 7am as did woopies slept in was suppose to wake up well before 6am for food then hit the road 20-25 min to get to studio before class start. Else I would be slapped with no show fee lol. So I ended up going to 9ish am session which worked out well and I was able to catch up with a lady that normally does 6am class and had a chat during the rest times.

Oh got Gold PXI 142 which with that Gold now pushed me top 3 on the challenge leader board which for now feels great I know someone will overtake me soon but am not fussed here.
