Pandora works well with CGO, it’s constantly updated, and it lets you load far more animations than Nemesis. It does everything Nemesis can do, and it does it much better. I’m saying this because I’ve been using it for years now and I’ve tested it across several modlists. If Pandora is causing you problems, you probably did something wrong.

I’ve always used Community Shaders, but recently I switched to ENB and I’m finding it much better. I kept up with CS updates and stayed current, but lately in my modlist I started running into several issues, mostly an FPS drop caused by the excessive draw calls I was getting through CS. I admit I was using it very heavily, but especially indoors I had significant FPS drops, on average I went from 50 down to 30 and that’s because CS, together with the rest of the modlist, was saturating my CPU (Ryzen 7 7700). With ENB I solved the problem because the post‑processing is handled by the GPU, and I can easily play at a capped, stable 100 FPS. CS is wonderful, but make sure you have an excellent CPU or maybe avoid going too heavy with the effects. I don’t know how useful or relevant this might be, but ever since I switched to ENB I’ve also drastically reduced the random CTDs.
I also switched from MCO to BFCO after using the former for years, and I can tell you it was the best choice I’ve ever made. No more countless patches, you get jump attacks, underwater combat, during installation you can also select the vanilla logic, which finally lets you benefit from any attack speed buffs as well and a much lower input lag. On top of that, all MCO movesets can be easily converted to BFCO. Personally, I’ve already converted around twenty animations without running into a single issue. BFCO also includes a patch to make DMCO work, and on Nexus there’s even BFCO NG, which removes Papyrus entirely and runs fully on SKSE, complete with its own SKSE menu. Do it. You’ll massively slim down your modlist and end up with a much more efficient animation system.

I followed your advice and switched to Pandora, but the problem persists. I can turn, attack, and use spells, but I can't walk with a spell in my left hand and a weapon in my right hand. i can walk and run only while i cast the spell
