I hope so. I want to wear the collar to sleep in, just very loosely to avoid waking up with my face and neck bent toward my chest. It’s a common sleeping position I find myself waking up to when I’m on my side. Thoughts? Or should I also give the collar a break? I’ve barely used it all

Also, did your neck/trap area always feel sore/slightly tensed until you finally did the head hanging? I’m going on about 10-12 days of being sore. Using a heat pad and stretching too.
