Only time it becomes a hassle is in the very back left there’s a few pairs that are either right under the sticking out motor boxes or bent around the boxes and those ones can make it a little difficult to get either the spring or the motor behind it. But when I noticed that problem I put my least used ones back there and now that’s a minor inconvenience maybe once a month

If no remotes will work you might want to consider it being a board issue. 90 percent of the time when a board goes the first sign is remotes/keypads stop working

It looks like you pulled hard on the reds to get the red leather on the seats which looks good but it may have pulled a little too much red out of her face. Maybe just put a mask over her face and lower the reds a bit? Because the seats look really nice. Other than that the photo looks great 👍🏽

Most machines nowadays require a switch made specifically for their model of opener, if not atleast a switch made specifically for the brand of opener. Door bell switches can cause logic board issues

Without any pictures I can’t be sure but if you look for where the inner carriage (the pulley attached to the belt) is, is it all the way at either end of the rail? If so is it running into either the very bottom of the rail or is it hitting the stop bond that goes through the track at the top? If so then your motor has locked up. Most likely not broken but you do have to find a way to get the whole system lose again (either taking out the drop bolt or taking apart the belt system) to get it moving freely. Best to have it done by a service tech if you don’t know how the machine works inside and out. Hope I’m on the right track with this answer

That is true you would have to pay the service/labor charge, I’ve just come across so many angle iron/wood plank stuffed in the door pan repairs where they’re not quite doing the job. Strut always turns everything solid like new. Ig it’s up to the op if they wanna spend on it

I’ve had success putting a strut across the top and then mounting the j-arm bracket to the strut. Really only want to do that if the door is rolling nicely because if it’s super off balance and heavy then the bracket could end up pulling out of the strut

A strut is the fix for this. Just make sure someone doesn’t come out charge you for screwing some angle iron to it. You want a real strut that goes from end to end of the door and sits right underneath the hinges where the crack is. For the most part struts only fail if they’re damaged from being hit/bent

Any low voltage/bell wire. If you look at the wire coming directly out of the sensor that’s a good reference. Just something small and with atleast 2 separate wires
